There are very few used combo machines out there, especially for this low of a price. Comparable to Coldelite Compacta. You can save time, money, and space with this type of set-up. Perfect for low-medium volume gelato shop or as an add-on to a café or restaurant that wants to serve top-quality homemade gelato. Capacity is 1-2 five-liter pans per batch. This machine is an older model, (hence the low price), but it still makes beautiful gelato. We used it for two seasons and have absolutely no complaints.
