Antique safe manufactured by The Yale & Towne Manufacturing company from the early 1900s. Comes with all the original paperwork including the instructions, the original (and current) combination and how to work it, as well as a letter from Montgomery Ward & Company store showing that the safe has shipped addressed to the original owner at the top from La Porte City. The letter has the date of February 2, 1917 written on it making this 100 years old! Completely original combination and everything on it works well. This safe is pretty heavy, approximately 400 pounds. We can load it for you.
