PRICE REDUCED-Converted \'87 Bluebird Schoolbus Food Truck...Turnkey business:

Unique, Converted \'87 Bluebird Schoolbus Food Truck...Turnkey Business!!!!!
I REDUCED THE PRICE OF THE SCHOOLBUS! It is priced to sell and is listed on 2 other sites.
With much regret, I am selling the most unique, fun, turnkey business for anyone looking to own and run a food truck without doing all the footwork to become a business. I converted and awesome \'87 Bluebird school bus into a food truck with every amenity imaginable and an incredible hand painted mural by a local artist. Due to family illness, I have to sell my business to someone who will love this bus and business as much as I did.
I am willing to sell the entire business including my menu, special recipe lists, insurance on business and bus, city and state permits, business licenses, health department approval, vendor contracts, equipment, state approved fire system, Labor and Industry permit, cookware, smallwares, prep sheets, inventory lists, website, and point of sale system to make your life easier and able to start right away. The bus is extremely spacious especially for a being an entire commercial kitchen on a food truck. You can see that in the picture showing 5 people on the bus at one time. I\'ve been on a lot of food trucks and the space was one of the biggest pluses in my opinion.
Most of the equipment is under warranty and the bus engine runs great and has been checked over by a gentlemen who services the buses for the City of Vancouver. I would be happy to send along his report of the engine. The best part of the engine is it is the largest engine Chevy makes so it takes regular gas! Both the fresh water and grey water tanks are state approved and belly mounted under the bus with easy access to fill and dump. Bus is mid-size (25ft by 7 feet) and fits perfectly in 2 curbside spaces. All tires are less than a year old and have all been taken off, chassis cleaned, and rotated.
Our menu consisted of gourmet soup, sandwiches, and salads (that could be turned into gourmet wraps). All equipment is commercial and NSF approved due to the strict regulations for the state of Washington. Here is a short list of equipment:*All flooring is diamond plate
*Commercial range with double burner, flat top, and full oven
*Diamond plate window cover that serves as a canopy for customers when lifted up
*Hand painted original mural on 3 sides of the bus
*Wusthof chef knives (good knives are priceless to a good chef)
*2 propane tanks
*52 gallon grey water tank
*42 gallon fresh water tank
*Hot water pump
*Brand new generator that powers everything on the bus if you aren\'t able to connect to electricity
*Commerical meat fridge
*Commerical produce fridge/\"48 inch sandwich prep table
*Stainless Steel work table
*Large order prep/counter
*Complete fire system (one of the most expensive pieces of equipment on the bus)
*Commercial custom made hood and exhaust fan
*Soup crock
*Fryer
*Commercial food warmer
*3 compartment sink
*Handwash sink with splash guards
*Creative shelving for lots of storage
*To go containers
*Tons of cambros, half pans, cookware, saucepans, cast ironware, skillets, soup pans, roasting
pans, the list goes on...My loss is truly your gain but family comes first in my life so I am making that choice. We have had so much fun with this bus and this business. It has inspired me to open another unique food truck in the future when things settle down but obviously none of the menu items, names, or recipes will be taken from this business. I can take any picture of permits, NSF stickers, L and I stickers that you want to see but I will send them to only serious inquirers. I am happy to show the bus to serious buyers only. I am also willing to negotiate the price for cash. I am asking $63,000 which is a steal considering what you make off of this bus for events, catering, daily business if that\'s what you choose to do. Between the actual vehicle, the mural, and the commercial kitchen that was created inside this bus you are getting it all for less than you could buy a boring food truck without the uniqueness of this bus. When a buyer is found, all business will be switched to new buyers name.I am available to answer all questions via email or over the phone.
