Electrical fixtures are included.What was done to these used lab cabinets?--- every cabinet was painted --- inside, outside, bottom side --- see photos --- the paint is not perfect but it is very, very good, to me all the cabinets look brand new, take a look at the photos and see what you think--- the pulls on every door and every drawer were removed, polished and re-installed, they shine--- the stainless steel sink was polished--- the little rubber stops that get old and hard and fall out over time were removed on every drawer and every door and replaced with brand new rubber stops, so every door and every drawer closes with no noise--- the roller bearings on every drawer were replaced, the bearings on the cabinets were not replaced, the drawers all roll much better, EXCEPT one drawer which will not open and close--- every cabinet except the sink has a shelf (all painted) and they are all included--- two drawers are missing the front interior drawer liner, the drawer works fine without it and it looks fine, see photo--- all the cabinets have working levellers and they are all accessible from the inside and all the access holes have covers so there are no holes in the bottom of your cabinets--- the 2 doors on the sink cabinet are missing the catches that keep them shut, the doors stay closed anyway they are just not pushed in all the way, see photo--- the floor of the sink cabinet has been completely replaced with STAINLESS STEEL (!) --- see photo --- so it will probably never rust, the opening in the stainless steel is for the sink support and plumbing access for hot and cold water and the sink drain--- not shown is the sink support base which fits inside the sink cabinet, it is painted, looks great and is included(what\'s a sink support base for? it goes underneath the sink to support the extra weight of the sink if the the sink is completely filled with water)--- YES! the electrical fittings shown on the countertop are all included, a licensed electrician should have no problem installing them for you, new wiring will be required, and, yes, the electrician can test the ground fault receptacles to be sure they work properly.

What about packaging and shipping?
This is a large, heavy shipment and it\'s important that it arrive safely.The epoxy resin countertop will be metal strapped to a single oversize pallet with cardboard between each countertop so they don\'t scratch. Why? The oversize pallet means that something will hit the pallet before it hits the countertop so there is less likely to be damage. It also means that the pallet may be too wide to fit through some doors. If the pallet is smaller than the countertop ANYTHING that hits the pallet hits the countertop first and possibly damages it.The cabinets can fit on a 4 foot by 4 foot pallet and four pallets (plus the countertop) should carry everything. The cabinets could be wrapped in cardboard and strapped to the pallet or they could be crated. The Buyer can decide which they prefer. Crating is safer but it takes more time and it\'s more expensive.
