VINTAGE Set of 2 Daedalus Vietri Handmade & Painted Pottery Mugs -Made In Italy
This is a BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE pair of handmade and hand-painted pottery mugs from Italy. They were made at the Daedalus ceramics works in Vietri, Italy, in the 1990s. These mugs are BEAUTIFULLY painted with a Mediterranean pattern of water, boats and those gorgeous Mediterranean white buildings. The mugs compliment each other, with one lighter (yellow and aqua) and the other darker (orange and blue). They are about 4 inches tall and 3.25 inches in diameter. Each can hold about 10 ounces of beverage. They are in VERY GOOD CONDITION! There are no cracks or scratches. There is some crazing on the interior of both mugs and there are 3 small glaze chips (no chips to the ceramics) on the rims - 2 on the yellow mug and 1 on the orange (see last photos).
