This lovely set of (3) Lithographs by artist K. Chin date back to the 1970s. Each features a different color and style of house from what appears to be the early Victorian era. One house is blue, one is white and the other is a peach color, with all showing a child at play.
The set was published for Hope Picture Frame Co. by Arthur A. Kaplan Co. Inc, New York City. This information is printed in the bottom left corner of each picture.
Each frame measures 7 1/2\" X 8 1/2\"
The inside dimensions are 5 1/2\" X 6 1/2\"
The Litho measures 4\" X 5\"
The lithos are in very good vintage preowned condition. The surrounding paper has yellowed from age as would be expected. The cardboard on the backs, though slightly yellowed, is in very good condition and still held by staples. The frames do have some scratches and scuffs due to being stored atop each other, but they could be replaced or painted.
