Up for sale is a great vintage zenith solid state. Unit does not come with power adapter and has been tested with 9 D batteries. Battery pack has a little bit of corrosion throughout but gave me no issues when testing.
One chipped off plastic part of the tab to lift the antenna up, as shown. Antenna itself is in great condition and slides up and down easily without issue.
Handle comes up and down with no issue.
The metal throughout has some slight wear on it. Some spotting / scuffs as shown.
Black leather on the sides, great condition.
Inner bottom face of the black plate has noticeable wear. Please view photos.
All dials and knobs turn smoothly and easily as should. Sound comes out great and transitions smoothly between stations.
Battery level meter works and showed full when I put new batteries in them and the battery knob was turned in place.
Comes with original log, as shown.
I gave it a wipe down on the surfaces but could use a more in depth cleaning between all of the cracks and crevices if desired.
