ITEM DESCRIPTION:A chair that makes a lasting impact and offers comfort, beauty and a ‘wow’ moment. Has round ball finials, a scrolled crest and very ornate, hand woven openwork. Has lots of scrolls and curlicues. There was a woven seat originally which was replaced with an antique, tooled leather seat. We attribute this chair to Heywood Wakefield. Has been painted white. There are two crossed wood stretchers.
