At Premium Appliance Parts, our goal is to provide the most outstanding service in this industry. If there is any issue with your order, we ask you that prior to leaving any negative or neutral response to please contact us first to see if we can make it right. Remember that mistakes happen and parts may fail, but courtesy and respect never do!
We have our Appliance Repair Specialist available to answer any question you may have regarding your appliance part. We Strongly Recommend that before you place your order, make sure that you are ordering the right part; measurements and looks do not guarantee it is going to be the right part for your appliance. If you are not sure, we’ve got you! Contact Us First and Provide the Brand, Model, and Serial Number of your appliance. We answer messages, Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm PT.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We mostly use USPS and UPS to ship our parts and supplies. We ship our parts within one business day or same day of the order being placed. Please, double check your address before completing the order. Per ’s policy, we are unable to change the address after checkout.
If you need to upgrade your shipping, please make sure to tell us BEFORE you place the order so we can help you decide which option is best for you. Please note that selecting expedite shipping DOES NOT reduce handling time.
Big items like dishwasher racks tend to have higher shipping cost due to their weight and dimensions. Also, we are located in California. The farther away you are from us, the more expensive it\'s going to be to ship it.
RETURN POLICY:
All returns follow the rules from the Returns Program. To Avoid Unnecessary Returns, Contact Us First with your Brand, Model, and Serial Number. We ask that you send us back the item even if it\'s damaged.
If a part is sold as new or open box and is returned in its original packaging and has not been installed, a full refund will be given, however, if evidence is found that the part was installed, used or damaged, the return may be subject to up to 50% deduction of the full refund per policy.
RETURN POLICY FOR ELECTRONIC BOARDS:
If the board is listed as New or Open Box and it is returned in its original packaging and has not been installed, a full refund will be given.
We test and make sure our used boards are fully functional before listing them for sale. Please, have your appliance diagnosed by a professional technician before installing a board. Installing a board without a proper diagnosis or professional experience have resulted in boards being damaged (short circuited, static strap not worn, etc) and then a claim is submitted as the board being “defective or not working” when in reality there were other issues with the appliance. All boards to be returned will be tested and inspected. If the board is not found defective as claimed, or damaged due to misused or incorrect installation an up to 50% deduction of the full refund will apply.
We recommend all buyers to read and understand the return policy above to avoid dissatisfaction due to deductions.
We take pictures of every item BEFORE shipping it out. This will help/protect not only the buyer but the seller in the case of a claim/dispute using reasons such as: wrong item sent, received damaged, etc.
PICTURES:
Some of our pictures may differ from the product that you get due to change in packaging, design, etc. as we may have multiples of the same item in stock. Sometimes due to lighting some imperfections may not show up in the pictures but we try our best to show/highlight any cosmetic damage, scratches, dent, missed part, etc., especially if the part is sold as used.
