These Items come from Estate Sales and should benoted that most of the items we sell will be PRE-OWNED or VINTAGE or ANTIQUE,unless otherwise noted as either being NEW or NEW WITH TAG or NEW OLD STOCK(which is VINTAGE NEVER OPENED/SEALED and/or UNUSED, and may in some cases havesome age-related wear, such as marks, variations of surface texture, minorscratches or losses, retouching, and other issues naturally associated with useand age. All Pre-owned, Vintage, Antique Items will be Sold “AS-IS”.

Please ask any questions at least 2hours before sale ends or you may not get a response in time. If you feelany information we have supplied is incorrect, please inform us prior to youofferding. We strive to be as accurate as we can possibly be with description ofitems. We do not claim to be experts on the items wesale. We are only avid buyers and sellers of various items we find. Allitems are being sold “AS-IS” and no warranties are included in sale of items.All sales are final.

We mostly sell withinthe United States of America and military bases. If noted we would shipInternationally, which in that case we use the Global Shipping Program.Under the Global Shipping Program we may have certain country’s excludedthat we would not ship to and do apologize.

We reserve the right torefuse any offers or close listings at our discretion.

The only items includedin the listings for sale are those described. Any other items pictured are fordisplay, size, or color comparison only.

We do not change listings or make any dealsoutside the listing.

PAYMENT

PayPal is the only form of payment we accept.Payment is expected within 48 hours after close of listing, unless priorarrangements are made. If payment is not received within the 48 hours, the itemwill be either placed back to a listing or sold to the previous buyer (if any)and an Unpaid Item Dispute will beopened.

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped within 48 hours afterpayment clears with the exception of weekends, holidays, inclementweather, and some other unforeseen catastrophe. United States Postal Service(USPS) Priority Mail is the preferred method of shipping items, unlessotherwise specified. Insurance is provided on all shipments.

We do offer combined shipping on items, as long as packaging allows.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items will only be accepted for return if theitem(s) have been grossly misrepresented in the listing description. Please askquestions about item(s) prior to offerding. All items returned must be shipped at the buyer’sexpense and in original package and packaging. Prior to return item(s) we would try to resolve the issue toadvert additional cost to ourselves and buyer. Should a return be warranted youmust make contact within 7 days of receipt of item(s). All claims for delays,damages or losses suffered in transit shall be made by Buyer directly to the transportation company unless otherwise agreed to bySeller. We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented.If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
