Stunning vintage souvenirs asain dress with lovely phoenix bird and character designs. Ties at the waist and has cropped sleeves. Likely it originally had pants but can be worn as a mini dress, too. Silk exterior and lining. Color maybe is a little brighter in real life. Very true yellow. Likely a ww2 souvenir.
34 in bust and waist.
Condition: a few pin size marks, pulled/ fuzzy threads, loose threads. Can be worn.
