Pretty 1940s short sleeve dress in black rayon crepe (?).
Short collar. Black mesh across bodice to bust, accented with rhinestones and lined in cream colored mesh. Thick shoulder pads.
Smocking at waist. Flared skirt.
Closes with short zipper at back of neck, and side zipper.
