Vintage 1950'S Littlest Angel R&B Doll Bend Knee with Pink Trunk Clothes Fur Coat Lot. 11” Play Doll.
An absolutely adorable little doll from the 1950s. This R&B (Aranbee) Littlest Angel doll was handed down to me by a family friend who has had her from the beginning.
She comes with the original pink trunk she came in. There is a place to put the doll on one side and a place to hang the clothes on the other. There is a little drawer and a few hangers as well. The trunk latches and has a plastic white handle for carrying. Everything in the pictures included: Doll (with skates, outfit/matching panties and fur coat), pink trunk, hangers, pink pjs, pink dress, floral dress, white underwear, blue dress with pink bows.
Aranbee play doll is approx 11” tall. She has “bend knees” and “sleepy eyes”. Her eyes are a beautiful blue color. Here hair is brown and slightly curly. It could use some restyling and a little glue in the front.
She comes wearing an ice skating outfit with matching panty covers and a hair piece. She has ice skates but the blades are broke (see pic). She also has on a pink lined white fur coat. The coat needs some love. It’s separating at some of the seams and is a little twisted.
Condition:
All these items have been well loved and played with. They are vintage, nearing antique. They all show wear. The trunk has scratches/dings/etc but is completely functional. The doll has stiff joints but they move. She also has a crack at one shoulder but it doesn’t seem to affect anything. The clothing also has some some small stains/tears/ seam splits etc but overall, given their age, look pretty darn good.
