This is an old, non working trumpet made by "Old Kraftsman" with hard case and instructions. I think this is a model "T 1071" based on the stamp on the middle valve.
You get all the items shown in the photos. The trumpet is missing it's mouthpiece, has tape on the little 2nd valve "U" tube (not sure what the problem is?). There are also several dents toward the outside of the bell (see pictures)
The other issue noted is that the finger buttons depress, but come back very slowly to their original position (perhaps oiling them can resolve this?).
The "tuning slide" does move back and forth, so that's good news.
The trumpet is about 19" long (without it's mouthpiece), and weighs a little over 2 lbs.
In addition to a hard case, this trumped also comes with it's directions and its lacquer warranty card.
The hard case is in decent shape with working latches and normal wear, including some chips of missing black covering.
Issues aside, perhaps this trumpet is worthy of restoration?
