Very Nice Condition
This is a beautiful antique doctor\'s bag constructed of unique heavy grained cowhide (embossed on base). It has a very pronounced grain much like alligator. There are (2) brass clasps on the top, both functioning properly and the addition of a locking mechanism with key also functioning. The interior is a caramel colored vinyl with pocket that is undamaged (very rare for these antique bags). The base of the bag has brass feet all intact (see photo). The bag shows wear on the metal hardware and has some attic soil that the buyer may or may not wish to clean. I will leave this to their discression.This is a wonderful heavy duty medical bag hard to find in this condition and complete with key.
