Thisdoctor’s leather bag is marked Diagnostic by Schell and it seems the Diagnosticbags are becoming the scarcer model bags to find. The patent number on theplate was filed for the patent in 1940 and patented in 1942. That dates thelock to the 1040s.
Thebag is in good condition with strong hinges that open the bag. The doors on thecompartments are not ripped or are separating. The handles are also in verygood shape and could still support the weight of the bag. The latch works butthere is no key for the lock.
Theexterior leather on the bag show some wear but does not have any deep scuffs ortears and the stitching is not coming apart.
