Vintage Foley Belsaw 2311019 1019 Clipper Hone Works Great and Clean For Sale

This clipper hone blade sharpener is in great used and vintage condition. It runs really well and strong as can be seen in the provided video. It shows some surface rust in spots and signs of wear from age, storage, and use. The paint on the unit is still in mostly good condition with a few spots showing wear. The grinding plate shows some rust around the edge but still has a lot of life left in it. There is a groove in the plate I am assuming is supposed to be there.
