Please assure you are ordering thecorrect parts you need.It is the ultimate responsibility of you(the buyer/consumer) to confirm in advance that such part(s) will fit yourvehicle. A 20% re-stocking charge pertains to all returned parts orderedincorrectly. Restocking fee may be waive if return is accompanied by anew order with a value of $30.00 or more that the returned order. Partsthat have been installed, painted, plated, etc. will not be acknowledged forreturn. Electrical parts are non-returnable.

Sales Tax

A handling/shipping fee is added to all ordersshipped.The standard fee is listed include insurance up to thepurchase value.However, over sized items and certain destinationswill be higher.Express shipping is available at an extra cost.

PART SOUTH uses FedEx in most cases. FedEx will notship to a Post Office Box.

NOTE: If the address to which yourorder is being shipped differs from your billing address, simply put a note onyour account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination otherthan your billing address. Failure to do so may delay the processing ofyour order.

The quoted shipping prices are withinthe 48 states only. APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico etc.are higher, please inquire.

Damage/Shipping Claims

Make certain you inspect all packagesin the presence of the driver/carrier.

If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened,make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time. All claims of loss,concealed damaged, damage or other destruction must be made by you with thecarrier. Save all boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may want toinspect it. This is a Fed Ex shipping policy. Any shortages not thefault of the carrier must be reported within 4 days of receiving order.No exceptions!!!

Our 30 day return policyONLY permits the returnof items that are exactly as they were when sent out.

Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE for returnare as follows:

-Any item that has been installedor removed from it\'s plastic or paper wrapper is no longer eligible forreturns

- Any electrical item that has beenconnected to a power source or has been installed, even for testing, is notreturnable

- Any engine bearings that have beenremoved from their original box are not eligible for return

- Any electronic components missing thesecurity label(s) are not eligible for returns

- Any wire harnesseses that have beeninstalled or modified are not eligible for returns
