This is a vintage Gates v-belt sign. I\'m thinking it went on or above a storage rack or shelf that would have held the belts. It is made of pressboard and is double sided. There\'s a chip on one corner, a nail hole in the top middle and a missing piece in the middle. It has awesome color and graphics and displays well. I\'m thinking mid-1950s based on the steering wheel and the mention of generators instead of alternators.
