Boy Scouts of America felt Scoutmaster-type hat, made by the very old and historical G.W. & Alexander & Co. hat company of Reading, Pennsylvania. This company had a government contract to make hats for the militaryduring World War I.
Inner circumference is about 21 3/4\", so I think this hat is about a size 7 or 7 1/4.
