Condition: this miniature building is built out of cardboard and balsa pieces for the base and stairs. The roof panels on the end of the building are not secured so that they can be removed to add items or detail. The sign on top of the building has been glued and the display shows some glue residue, blemishes and scratches. Bottom edge shows damage to the rear bottom of the display.
The bottom of the display has had a couple of cutouts I assume for lighting at some point.
