What you need to know about our listings and sales.
  1. This is an Listing … it is NOT a Flea Market or Garage Sale or Swap Meet or local landfill or junkyard or someone’s garbage…
  2. We have researched the value of the item compared to historical values, similar & identical items available online and have priced the listing accordingly based on it’s rarity, historical value, and condition… please see #1 above before contacting us with lowball offers or to complain about the price
  3. price or acceptable “Best Offer”WILL NOTdrop if you wait until the very last minute to <$5 or 99cents (or free left in the garbage) like a flea market or garage sale at “packing up time” … See #1
  4. The starting offer on the sale is theLOWEST PRICEwe are – or will be – willing to accept for an item. (See #1)
  5. Items listed at sale, that fail to sell despite numerous watchers & interest, will be relisted as “Buy it Now or Best Offer” for 30 or 90 days. The acceptable price on the item listed as Buy it Now or Best Offer will however NEVER be as low as the ORIGINAL sale’s “Starting offer”
    • A “Fair Offer” is not less than 50% historic sale value or current retail price of identical items listed elsewhere.
    • An Insulting Offer is the cost of a McValue Meal on any item valued at more than $30 at sale or retail.
    • We will reply “LMAO” to any offers significantly lower than the items vale and “ROFLOL” to offers less than the scrap value.
    • We will not consider messages with hard luck stories asking for a really low price (please see our listing for the “Worlds Smallest Violin” for a really cheap item with free shipping)
  6. When it’s gone it’s GONE.You want the item or you don\'t. If you do buy, offer, or make a reasonable offer. That simple. When the listing ends the item may be:
    • Relisted as parts,
    • Scrapped for the value of parts and materials (many vintage electronic items are worth more as parts than as the intact item for anything less than full price.)
    • or sold to a professional vendor/retailer (who will sell it at a mark up to cover overhead & having it on the shelf until sold)
    • We will NOT answer any emails or messages about the item AFTER THE LISTING ENDS. (example “when will you relist it?” “will you accept below your originalminimumprice for it?” \"I missed the sale and didn\'t know it was there...\" or \"I was waiting to buy when the price came down the next time it\'s listed...\" etc etc )
    • If you really ARE a collector or serious buyer you know what the fair price is for an item in the condition the listed item is in...if you don’t know the researched or historic value of the item sold online and think it’s “way too expensive” if it’s over $20 then you are probably a hoarder or a “junk picker” rather than a collector or serious buyer.
  7. Payment is DUE within THREE DAYS of sale Close or Invoice UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. In all cases we expect payment within10 daysof sale or close of offerding.
    • Unpaid Item Cases WILL be opened immediately after that period unless you make other arrangements.
    • Items that have not been fully paid for after 10 days will be relisted and the transaction cancelled as an Unpaid Item against the buyer.
