Vintage Schrade 787 Improved Muskrat Knife from the 80's
Nickel silver bolsters. Brass pins and liners. 4in closed with two 3.25in skinning blades.
Primary blade stamped with "Schrade N.Y. U.S.A. 787" and etched with "Improved Muskrat
Schrade went out of business in 2004. While you can still buy "new" Schrade knives anything after 2004 is a Chinese reproduction.This is new old stock from my family's hardware store in San Antonio, TX which closed 20+ years ago. It has been in storage ever since.
