Vintage Solid Cast Brass 2-Pc 8\" DOOR KNOCKER (Scepter-like)

Here we have a wonderful vintage solid cast brass 2-piece DOOR KNOCKER..with a scepter-like appearance. It measures approx. 8\" long/high x 2-5/8\" widest point x 1\" deep. [NOTE: The top swing knocker goes over and up into the base slots before securing to door. There are two rear 1/2\" hole extensions for screws on the base, 6-1/4\" apart. Screws not included.] It is in good to very good maintained (once used) condition with no damage noted. It has not been polished since acquired and is being offered in \"as found\"condition currently showing a naturally ages brass patina as well as some tarnish spots here andthere...all of which are not offensive. Came from a private home\'s front door of many years, however the exact age is unknown. This item weighs approx. 1 lb., add 1-1/2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.
