This hat is in like new condition. It\'s been well cared for. There are two spots one on the top outer of the hat and the other on the brim of the Hat as pictured above. With a good cleaning I\'m sure that they will come up I do not think they are stains, I just do not know how to clean hats like that, so I will leave it to a professional. There\'s nothing wrong with us at other than those two marks. All the stitching is intact, the Tie around the brim of the Hat has no issues. There are no tears or holes. It is rated a 5X
