This is a vintage 43998 Graphic Equalizer made by Sunn Musical Equipment and titled Concert Controller 1.

It features 6 level controls with reverb send and equalization plus bass to treble reverb tone and master controls. 

The equalizer was manufactured in The USA and has a power cord with 117 vac and 200 watts.

It measures 25\" wide, 19\" deep, and 12\" tall and is fully encased including the lid.

The graphic equalizer comes in great pre-owned condition was plugged in and powers on but was not tested and is sold as is.
