Appears to be either a colored lithograph or color photograph print on cardstock paper. I do not see much, if any pixelation under a loop, just the waves / texture of the paper that it is on.
CONDITION: OVERALL FAIR / ACCEPTABLE. Edgewear, cornerwear, discoloration / fading.
