This is a vintage sea shell-shaped soap dish or trinket tray made of Lucite resin. It was manufactured in the United States during the 1960s and is not handmade. The dish has a retro design and is referred to as a "Vomit" dish due to its unique design of things floating in resin. These great original vomit pieces are getting harder to find but they are still around!
