It is a Vogue pattern published by Butterick in 1991.
It has three vintage sized patterns in one: size 12,14 and 16. Please check the measurements on the back of the package as size designations ( zoom in on 4th picture) have changed over the years.
The person who creates this dress should have advanced sewing skills .
I believe the pattern is uncut, but I did not remove it from the package to check. I did this because previous experience has shown I can get patterns back in the envelope.
Please note that the envelope is damaged, as you can see in the pictures.
