Vintage 1938 Labor Union 1109 Local 115 Brotherhood of Painters & Decorators, Shop No. 2, Marseilles, Illinois. April, May, June. This enamel Pinback Button was made by Geraghty & Co. Chicago, ILL. The button measures a bit larger than a US quarter at approximately 1-3/8" in diameter.
This, almost century old, pin is in acceptable/good condition with wear, cracking, marks, etc. There is actually paint on the button in a few places suggesting it may have been worn during work by one of the union workers. Overall its a very rare and unique button, very few available for sale online or anywhere.
