Vtg Giuseppe Tagliariol TAY Signed 9.5\" Painted Pottery Figurine 2 Geese/DucksUp for sale is a gorgeous Giuseppe Tagliariol (TAY signed) hand painted Italian pottery figurine of two geese or perhaps ducks. There are shorter versions of this figurine from Germany but this is a rare, 9.5\" tall Italian figurine. It has it\'s original label but it\'s worn and hard to read but \"Italy\" can be made out and as in the photo--it\'s signed TAY so it\'s definitely Tagliariol. There\'s a little chip on the end of tail feather as in the photos that blends in with the color and is hard to spot and some tiny fleabites on that same tail end. And as in the photo there\'s a tiny flake on the edge of one bill. Otherwise this is in nice condition and as you can see in the photos--this is a lovely piece. I purchased this at an estate sale and am uncertain of its exact age.
