A first edition from a small print run, the book is in excellent condition with very minimal wear for its age. It is inscribed by Louise F. Carrier, Sherburne NY - Louise Carrier was the author's daughter, adding to the historical value of this item. No other markings appear through the book, all pages are clean, unmarked, and not creased. Binding is tight and in excellent condition. Bound in brown cloth.
