I think these were given out at gun shows and or when you bought from a Winchester Gun Dealer.
Looks like this is from the 1990\'s made of a gold color metal (Brass), seems to be decent but not high quality..
Each is about 7/8\"\" across and are near mint/ Mint condition, and never used as they came right from a vendors pack still in the original plastic.
USE Caution as they have pins and should not be given or left around young children as they can cause harm with small parts and a sharp pin!
These are for collectors and grab a few.
Anyperson wanting to add to their Vintage collection should offer on this on as it is being offer at a very great price.
