WWI German or US Trench Art. This is a brass shell casing that a section has been cut and a German brass belt buckle insert has been mounted on it. It is approx. 1 3/4 inches in diameter and approx. 1 5/8 inches high. I have no idea as to use. Napkin ring : ) ? Please see the photos.
