WWII U.S. Navy Brass Lock For Sale

This is a WWII era U.S. Navy brass lock and key.  Both the lock and key are marked Yale and have UT 1143  stamped on them so they matched.  The lock is 2\" tall and stamped USN.  These types of small locks could be used for just about anything:  Personal locker, small arms ammo chest, etc.  It\'s really a nice little item that is rarely encountered.  It displays well by itself and would look great with a Navy locker display.  The lock does NOT function and will NOT open.  I brought it to a locksmith who stated he could NOT get it to work without drilling it out so I left it alone.  The key does fit inside but will not turn.  Overall it still looks great and displays well.  Thanks for looking.
