All items are stored in a pet free, smoke free, and climate controlled facility.
Item comes with what is pictured only. This includes original packaging. If it is not shown it is not included.
Some abbreviations I use in my titles:
GUC: Good Used Condition
VGUC: Very Good Used Condition
EUC: Excellent Used Condition
If the item listed is an electronic (with a plug or takes batteries) and is stated as a used electronic PLEASE NOTE that I only do a brief amount of testing. If after more extensive use/testing, the item does not function properly please reach out. You have 30 days to ensure the item is functioning properly.

SHIPPING:
My shipping rates, free or not, are only for the contiguous united states (48 adjoining). If you live outside these please note that shipping certain items may not be possible due to size, weight and or both. I will attempt to ship the item but if it is not possible I will reach out.
If the item can be disassembled for shipping it most likely will be. Thus your item may require some form of assembly once received.
ADDRESS - I only ship to the address you have preset as your ‘ship to’ address. Therefore if you would like to have the item shipped to a different address please make this edit prior to purchasing.
PACKAGING - I recycle all boxes and packaging material I can gather. I will not use dirty boxes or packaging.
COMBINE SHIPPING - If you would like to purchase multiple items from my shop, I will combine shipping. There are 2 options for doing this:
— Option 1: From a computer please add the items you would like to purchase to your cart. Go to your cart and above the price of the items please hit the ‘Request Invoice’ button. I will provide an invoice with updated shipping costs.
— Option 2: You can also proceed with purchasing the items and pay the estimated shipping, and I will refund the difference in shipping. However, with this option it is not guaranteed that I will see that you purchased multiple items as it will show as multiple orders on my end, not one order with multiple items.
FREE RETURN POLICY:

Before you open a return request you MUST message me first. A simple ‘I would like to return this item.’ message will suffice. I will message you back in a timely matter. If this is not done and you request a return prior to messaging me the ‘Free Return’ policy becomes void and the return shipping label cost + the original shipping costs will be withheld from the refund amount. MESSAGE ME FIRST!

Returned item must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased. If brand new & sealed it must be returned brand new and sealed. If seal has been broken a partial refund minus the value lost may be issued. REMEMBER, you must message me PRIOR to opening a return request.

Free return policy does not cover ‘buyer error’. If you purchase an item prior to ensuring it is the correct item you need and return it original shipping costs + return shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount. ‘Remorse’, ‘Seller Error’, and ‘Item Not As Described’, etc. are all covered under return policy and a full refund will be issued as long as item is returned in same condition as sold. REMEMBER, you must message me PRIOR to opening a return request.
