Cosmetic condition is excellent, as photographed. Some staining and discoloration but nothing more. Cords are in excellent condition.
Functionally, I was able to get a bulb to light up but nothing else so at least we know electrical current will pass through the machine. I have no idea how to use the rest of the knobs and levers are supposed to do.
