The unit arrived pretty quickly and was packed well. Everything works. There was an issue with one of the xlr jacks, loose with stripped screws, that was not mentioned in the description. I contacted them and Bruce offered a return on the item. He was very nice about it. It was not worth it in the end to return as the unit does work. I would have liked to have known about it and paid a bit less but this is what it is.
