Item purchased was fraudulently misrepresented as "Vintage Guardian Service cookware NIB". Advertising suggested an authentic Guardian Service Cookware griddle never used. I received a NEW, cheaper, reproduction that looks like Guardian but is not. Seller admits the metal composition and manufacture location are unknown. Contrary to description, NIB was a shipping box NOT the authentic box from Guardian. Seller has ghosted me (4 emails/3 calls) and has not supplied return label & refund.

Thank you, the seller was very responsive & answered all questions. Shipped immediately and arrived days before expected. It was packaged with care- pristine condition, including the glass lid. This roaster is a nice replica of what they used to make back in the 1940s. Of course, they "don't make them like they used to. " It's not quite the same heft and quality as our heirloom piece, however, it looks the same and is okay. Hoping it will roast chicken like our vintage one! 🤞
