paid for the item on Nov. 27 but was never shipped (12/14 & 16) sent two messages to seller - no response(12/19) opened a case with Ebay - no response(12/23) asked Ebay to "step in and help" - Ebay issued refund (which I didn't want), chatted with CS with no satisfaction(12/24) sent the seller another message that I was going to leave negative feedback, then talked to Ebay Customer Support, they will create internal report against seller suggested I leave seller feedbackHere it is...
