Good transaction. Fast shipping. The item was described as open box/new but had clearly had an iPad installed in it previously and showed signs of that. The condition of the case is excellent so I kept it. The seller should be more careful inspecting their merchandise and with their descriptions. I certainly would’ve had a cause to return the item for a refund because of the inaccurate description of its condition.
