    Solid pressure washer

    Bought it refurbished, with minor sign of prior use. Haven't had it long, but it's everything we needed, for moderate use at small car dealer, quieter than the other ones we had before, compact and easy to move around, longer hose would be nice, and the hose size is not exactly standard. But overall can't complain for the price.

    Works but poor craftsmanship

    Functionality it works. But was delivered with ever bolt holding it onto the frame ripped thru the cheap plastic and the soap dispenser was also torn oft. Some washer would be a good addition to the assembly or at the very least a better job packing it. I'm guessing this is why it was supposedly reconditioned except they forgot to actually fix it. Disappointed

    Durable, Mobile, Easy set up.

    I've found this to be an extremely durable, easy to set up, and mobile machine. Excellent pressure with an auto shut off. As a user, if you are buying replacement hoses or wands/guns, be aware Sun Joe uses a one millimeter different size than many other brands. Nice adapters are available from a number of sources.

    so far, so good.

    Used it to remove oil stains from driveway and garage. However, It would not remove rust stains from the driveway. (Driveway is concrete). Pressure washed my front and rear deck, and that worked fine. Still early in ownership, so I can't give an in depth review.

    Sun Joe will back up their products.

    as far as I know this washer was the best buy for amount of pressure and options, I already had a Sun Joe and it quit after 3 plus years of medium to heavy use. I since have learned that you do have to flush them out for winter storage.
