Well the pictures and description were very correct and the speakers arrived well packaged and free from damage. The only problem with this seller is that they were less than interested in driving 8/10 of a mile to drop these off at UPC to be packaged and sent to me at my expense. I even volunteered to pay whomever 20$ to do it. Nope the boss would not allow that or anything else. Finally I hired a package deliver service to pick it up and take to ups for shipping home to me. 3 stars!!

Thanks for the feedback. We are trying to stay consistent with our customers. So if we did it for you, we would also have to do it for all customers. Items do get very heavy/bulky. We've also had issues in the past where customers never contacted the courier company, so we ended up wasting a significant amount of time. Customers also live in different time zones, so customer response time vary alot. Wish we could just ship everything, but costs of shipping and proper materials become pricey.
