Seller placed the address of my Freight Forwarding Agent ONLY on the package dropping any reference to my name and box number causing the Washer to be placed on HOLD at the Agent's warehouse. After more than a week of the Seller's claim that the Washer was delivered, I requested from the Seller the tracking number of the Washer to track it from my side. I discovered that the Seller had only the address of the Agent only. I was able to collect the package, after I supplied the missing name & box

Mixed emotions on this one. Seller gave full refund, saying I could keep the item if it ever arrived. What happened was the shipper put the wrong label on my order. FedEx tracked it and provided address where it was delivered - so went there, about 10 minutes from my house - and they didn't receive it either. They received many FedEx packages, but mine was not among them, so 5 stars on the refund portion, no stars on wrong label on the box, and I still don't have a kettlebell.
