again, this stuff is nothing short of a miracle. i have used it for over a year. i have to take pain meds and they cause brutal constipation, it gets really bad, this stuff makes me go and i do so maybe twice a day. no issues, no bad side effects other than mod cramping on occassion, but that right when u have to go and it ends in like a minute, so its not bad at all. love this product!

    If you are looking for a product that works

    These work great! I have been using them on and off for about 6 moths or more. And will continue to use them. I take 3 in the morning and I also take with the formula #2. I will say I feel better and have more energy.

    INTESTINAL FORMULA

    This is my first time using this product and it works great. use as directed, I started off by taking two caps at late dinner and that was too strong for me. One is all it takes for me. I don't know about weight loss if that happens that's great.
