    Have a good night's sleep and rest

    The product works. Take the recommended dosage, cut off all technology gadgets, lay down - you will fall asleep within 30 or fewer minutes. You will wake up with a clear head. Do not create obstacles by drinking alcohol or caffeine. Nor should high carb, high glycemic food be eaten close to bedtime. For me, the product worked better on the second night than on the first night. The effectiveness has continued. Next I'm going to try the adrenal support supplement.

    Didn't work for me

    Tried the bottle at the recommended dosage and it just doesn't work for me. Truth be told, I've had insomnia for over 15 years and have tried every over the counter remedy out there, sometimes taking up to eight different ones together. I'll lay in bed for 6-7 hours before total exhaustion sets in and I become drowsy. I was prescribed Ambien and the zolpiden and with them I get to sleep within fifteen minutes and stay asleep for 6 - 8 hours, Unfortunately my doctor took me off zolpiden (says it's dangerous to take long term) and put me on a succession of anti-depressants (I only get depressed when I go four nights without sleeping and none of them helped at all. As a last result I ordered Phenibut powder online, doubled the recommended dose, and can fall asleep again!

    Does not work

    I have a sleeping disorder, I've tried almost everything. This product did not work at all. It taste like grass mixed with sugar water, not a good taste. I would not recommend. I would have zero stars but it made me add at least one.

    I hate this product

    It make me sleep 2 hours and then I wake up and can’t sleep any more for long time until next night is the worst sleeping product I ever get and Is to much money for this little product .
