did not fit into my home withoutseveral modifications.A/C man and I had to do a 90%fit-up modifications betweenairhandler and floor openings to house duct work. pain in the @$##&!!!. but install and equipment worked great.also they sent wrong line set.heat pump and air handler had 3/4" but they sent 7/8" line set.A/C man lucky had two adapters.

Dimensions on new units are sometimes different than older ones, especially if it's a much older system. Unfortunately, that means some modifications may be needed for installation. The 3 Ton heat pump GSZ140361 should use a 7/8" suction line per Goodman's specs, despite it having a 3/4" SL. The matching air handler ARUF37D14 has a 7/8" SL so you need a reducer for either size. This is very common; we can send reducers upon request or your tech can provide. Thank you, we appreciate the feedback!

Furnace, evaporator and condenser were all as described. Furnace is installed and operating flawlessly. Excellent pricing and quick shipping. Although advertised as “open box”, there was no indication the equipment had been opened or damaged in any way. The condenser was manufactured in 2022 and has a SEER 1 rating, thus the discounted price and the northern only states requirement. Although manufactured by International Comfort Products, equipment is tagged ACiQ. Would buy again if needed.

Greatest service! These guys helped schedule the delivery around my availability, and it was dropped off by lift gate in my garage. Superb packing. A crate inside a box wrapped in plastic. Not one mark on anything, perfect condition. The people who packed this deserve a pat on the back. I had a small issue with a handle on the stove and they responded immediately to get me a part to fix it. GREAT seller, I highly reccomend.
