This is my second identical contactor. I use these for control over 240v circuits in an off grid solar set up. The control side is 120v I connect to a smart plug, and the load side is any 240v load I want to control like HWT, and EV charging. These are great relays. very reliable.

Was sent in a thin cardboard box put in a shipping envelope with blister padding. Should have been shipped in a box. The second one arrived undamaged and functions well. It's a good product and a good price but allow time for a replacement to be shipped in case yours arrives damaged. Will use the seller again.
