I bought a refurbished 435 Chain saw from Husvarna, received it in timely fashion, looked like new but did not run well at all. Notified Husqvarna and they sent a different one that I had in 5 days and it ran good right out of box. They said I could keep the old one for parts rather than return it. I have 2 other Husky saws.
