Great seller and HVAC unit! Shipping was fast and the product arrive in good condition. The unit is installed and working great. My only complaint is that the ad doesn't mention the warranty is void if not installed by licensed HVAC business, but the item says it all over it. So, I now have no warranty because of my self-install. This should have been posted in ad.
